Are you having trouble with daily activities?
Assistive Technology (AT) can help reduce barriers to engaging in everyday activities like eating, bathing, and dressing, and can improve the ability to see, hear and be mobile.
How do I learn more?
Your Maryland Access Point (MAP) office can provide information and assistance to help you access AT. Each Maryland Access Point office is equipped with an AT demonstration kit to enable individuals to test out assistive technologies that may be beneficial in addressing everyday challenges. Find your local MAP here. https://www.marylandaccesspoint.info/consite/connect.php
The Maryland Technology Assistance Program supports access to AT devices and service. The program has a demonstration library to allow people to test different devices, an AT financial loan program, as well as a Loan Closet Directory, and more.
